This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.444 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and file final report within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. 2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.444 of 2020 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC will be completed soon and the second respondent will be able to file the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six months before the jurisdictional Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.444 of 2020 and file the final report before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
