O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2020 in Crl. O.P. No. 1096 of 2020.
2.This Court by the order dated 22.01.2020 made in Crl. O.P. No. 1096 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions, including a direction to deposit a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 13 of 2020.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners, after receipt of copy of the order, could not mobilise funds and subsequently, due to lock down, they could not comply with the said order. 2/5
Now, the petitioners have arranged funds and will deposit the funds within a period of 10 days and prayed for granting extension of time. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court earlier and prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
6.Considering the reason given by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2020 in Crl. O.P. No. 1096 of 2020. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted 15 days time from today to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court earlier by order dated 22.01.2020 in Crl. O.P. No. 1096 of 2020.
