O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 10.06.2015 in Crl.OP.No.13257 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 10.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13257 of 2015 has been complied with and the case in Crime No.30 of 2014, has been transferred to Economic Offence Wing, Salem, and the case diaries have been handed over on 15.04.2016.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Salem, to assign the investigation of the case to the Competent Officer not less than the rank of the Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, and to expeditiously conduct the investigation of the case under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Salem.
