ORDER

With regard to the operation of the petroleum outlet in the land owned by Mr.V.K.Patel located at No.21, Kamaraj Salai, R.S.No.261/1, Thattanchavady Village, Oulgaret Commune, Puducherry, the petitioner made a representation dated 25.04.2017 to the respondents and the same is pending consideration. This writ petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to operate the outlet by tendering the cost of the petroleum products from her bank account or by way of demand draft, based on the said representation.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, deems it fit to direct the respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
