This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.OP No.13738 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015.

2. While modifying the conditions in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.OP No.13738 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015, this court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police twice in a month, i.e. On every first Monday and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions ordered by this court.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order of this court of 2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.OP No.13738 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month, i.e. on every first Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petition is ordered accordingly. 01.03.2016 rgr
