Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish the sureties Crl.M.P.No.2779 of 2022 order date 10.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1289 of 2022 by the order dated 21.01.2022 in Crime No.1 of 2022 pending before Inspector of Police DCB, Salem Police Station, Salem District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 10.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2779 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1289 of 2022 to furnish the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2779 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 is extended till 17.06.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
