(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that she has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Despite service of notice to the 3rd respondent and her name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of her.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
