(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the petitioners' complaint dated 05.05.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents Police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the peititoner had sent the complaint dated 05.05.2020 by E-mail and the enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.309 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout the remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
5. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the respondents shall conduct enquiry in CSR.No.309 of 2020 and dispose of the complaint, in accordance with law.
