ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI,J) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 03 January 2014 rendered in W.A. No.1912 of 2010 has not been complied with by the respondents. 2.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has come up with an order dated 29 April 2016, seemingly passed today, wherein sanction was given to pay the salary subject to certain conditions. It is further stated that the certificates of the petitioner are subject to fresh verification and the conditions to be imposed by the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvarur be complied with.

3.We make it clear that except the identification of the person, no other verification of the certificates is required and also the payment shall not be subject to any condition. Necessary payment shall be made within a period of two weeks, in default, the petitioner is at liberty to seek re-opening of the contempt.

4.With the aforestated observation and direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
