ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3903 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 on condition to report Page No.1 of 4
before the respondent police station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3903 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is relaxed.
