The learned counsel for the revision petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn giving such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
