ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.291 of 2014 to any other competent agency and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.291 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as a mistake of fact in RCS.No.33 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam and the learned Magistrate also issued notice to the de-facto complainant to appear before him on 23.08.2016.
