When the matter was taken up hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been registered in Crime No. 852 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) & 506(ii), Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992.
