PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition imposed on 05.03.2025 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.6129 of 2025 in Crime No.41 of 2025, condition 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6129 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for relaxation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6129 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025. Page No.2 of 5
