2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Therefore, petitioner directed to appear in person before the concerned jurisdictional respondent, along with copy of the complaint, dated 25.04.2015 and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
