This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to expedite the investigation pertaining to the case registered as FIR No.952 of 2015 dated 04.09.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondents police registered a case in Crime No.952 of 2015 and this petitioner has filed a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur on 27.11.2015.
