Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.17681 of 2018 dated 16.08.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs. KIRTHIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This court vide order dated 16.08.2018 in Crl.O.P. No.17681 of 2018 granted bail to the petitioners, on condition that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for relaxation of the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioners have complied with the said condition imposed by this Court and she has no objection.

Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.17681 of 2018 vide order dated 16.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector General of Police, Idol Wing CID, Thiruchirapalli as and when required.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
