ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.23 of 2019, pending on the file of the 1s respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.17 of 2021, on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpattu. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the next date of hearing is on 03.05.2021, for fresh summons.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this quash petition. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
