Today, the appellants, respondents and their respective counsel are present and the advocates are identified their parties. 2.Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel representing on behalf of the learned counsel Mr.B.T.Seshadri for appellant is present. Mr.N.Vijay Baskar is appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents. Ms.G.Nirmala Devi is representing on behalf of the respondents 3 to 6. have produced their I.D. cards and the same have been verified by this Court.

3.Both the parties and their respective counsel are admitting the terms of compromise and hence the compromise memo is recorded. The preliminary decree is confirmed and the final decree is passed in terms of compromise memo. The compromise memo containing plan shall form part of the final decree. The Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
