PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 10.02.2014 communicated to the petitioner on 10.12.2014, bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1356/2014/AA3 passed by the 1st respondent herein from in any way interfering with the peaceful administration and management of the temple. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 10.02.2014 communicated to the petitioner on 10.12.2014, bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1356/2014/AA3 passed by the 1st respondent herein from in any way interfering with the peaceful administration and management of the temple.

3. Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
