Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the letter dated 02.05.2013 issued by the fifth respondent and quash the same and consequently to refrain the fifth respondent from insisting NOC from Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and pursuant thereto to restore the tariff from T.F. V to T.F.III-B (from commercial one

to industry tariff) in respect of the petitioner's farms viz., M/s Victory Aqua Farms in Electricity Connection No.269-0012344-T.F III-B and adjust the difference in the payment between the two categories of payment in the phased manner in future remittance of consumption charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.22035 of 2016 is also dismissed. No costs.
