The application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2986 of 2023 which was closed on 10.01.2024. 2.

The main contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25706 of 2016 dated 29.11.2022, thereby directed the respondent to restore the revenue records in favour of the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 29.11.2022 has been complied with.
