The present petition has been filed seeking to recall the order passed in C.R.P (PD) No.191 of 2019 dated 25.01.2019. 2.By the said order, my learned predecessor had given a direction to the learned District Judge Karaikal, to dispose of E.P.No.23 of 2016 in O.S.No.8 of 1987 within a period of four months. 3.It is now unanimously represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent that the said E.P.No.23 of 2016 had been disposed of and therefore recalling the order would not serve any purpose and as a matter of fact, the Revision Petition itself does not survive any more.

4.In view of the fact, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
