ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to declare paragraph (clause 5) of G.O.Ms.No.179 dated 06.09.2013 is unconstitutional and unfair and for consequential direction to the respondents for re-fixation of pay as Elementary School Head Master, including Selection Grade from 03.07.1990, Special Grade from 03.07.2000 and Super Grade from 03.07.2010, along with re-fixation of pension and arrears with all benefits from 01.06.1988.
2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 19.07.2024, 23.07.2024 and 30.07.2024 respectively, there was no representation on 2/4
behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21.10.2024. On 21.10.2024, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was ordered to be listed today i.e., on 24.10.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In the said circumstances, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
