ORDER

Seeking proper explanation for the violation of Trade Certificate issued to the petitioner in respect of the unregistered Eicher Tractor 5660 Make and Model, bearing Chassis No.924315169841; Engine No.524326417161; Green Colour, show cause notices were issued to the petitioner, which is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner filed his reply to the show cause notices dated 20.04.2017 and 08.05.2017 on 30.04.2017 and 13.05.2017, respectively. Hence, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the authorities will consider the replies given by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the replies given by the petitioner dated 30.04.2017 and 13.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
