Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before flower bazar police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3213 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAJMOHAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners are filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3213 of 2021 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341 & 302 of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
