This petition is filed to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 31.10.2014 made in W.P.No.17316 of 2012.

2. Mr.A.Rajaram, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal on 09.07.2021.
