This petition is filed to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this Court against the order dated 25.08.2022 made in MCOP.No.325 of 2019, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Judge Court, Rasipuram.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.Mr.R.Sivakumar, the learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent.

4.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel in the cause list when the matter is listed for admission, and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.40950 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
