2. This Court, vide order dated 26.03.2025, issued a direction to the learned XXVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.S.No.8697 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned XXV Assistant Judge, XXIV Assistant Court (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, has sent a letter dated 09.03.2026 to the Registry requesting four months time to dispose of the said suit. Hence, time is granted for a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of O.S.No.8697 of 2019.
