Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9946 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16937 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9946 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16937 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9946 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16937 of 2018 on 02.08.2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9946 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16937 of 2018, on 02.08.2018 is relaxed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioners shall themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
