Appln.No.84 of 2024 in I.P.No.78 of 2000 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to return the original documents pertaining to the subject property.

2. The learned Official Assignee would submit that the entire due amount has been deposited and now, she is taking steps to disburse the same to all the creditors. Hence, she requests this Court to allow this application.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/insolvent has also confirmed the above submission made by the learned Official Assignee.

4. Considering the above submissions, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

The learned Official Assignee is permitted to return the original documents pertaining to the subject property to the insolvent.
