PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Notification No 02/MRB/2020 dated 22.5.2020 issued by the 2nd Respondent and to Quash the same and consequently forbearing the Respondents from resorting to direct recruitment to the Post of Assistant Surgeon(General) without exhausting the Notified Vacancies As per Notification No 07/MRB/2018 dated 25.9.2018 by considering the petitioner based on merit in selection.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Notification No 02/MRB/2020 dated 22.5.2020 issued by the second respondent and to Quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from resorting to direct recruitment to the Post of Assistant Surgeon(General) without exhausting the notified vacancies as per Notification No 07/MRB/2018 dated 25.9.2018 by considering the petitioner based on merit in selection. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the case, the petitioner was selected to the post of Assistant
