ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks expeditious disposal of O.S.No.128 of 2009 pending on the file of the Sub-Ordinate Judge at Kallakurichi.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Additional Sub-Ordinate Judge at Kallakurichi. He has sent a detailed report, pointing out that the defendant Nos.16 and 20

have passed away and therefore, applications are pending in I.A.No.305 of 2024 and I.A.No.306 of 2024 to bring the legal representatives on record. Thereafter, he has submitted an additional report on 02.09.2024 stating that if six months' time is granted, he will dispose of the suit.

3. In light of the report sent by the learned Additional Sub-Ordinate Judge at Kallakurichi, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these directions, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.09.2024 drm
