This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 506 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.506 of 2022, final report was filed through efiling on 23.05.2024 vide e-filing No. LTN-20220002119 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Panruti.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
