This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.04.2018 made in I.A.No.4063 of 2017 in O.S.No.1680 of 2016 on the file of the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. When the matter was listed on 30.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 14.06.2021 the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
