This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur for speedy disposal of the case in M.C.No.34 of 2008 pending his file.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the case in M.C.No.34 of 2008 itself was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission, this petition is closed.
