Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the 2nd respondent proceedings Nil dated Nil issued in the Website of the first respondent on 15.03.2019 by amending the Eligibility Criteria in respect of Clause 4 in respect of Tender Notification TANCEM/eT.No.74/2018-19/UNLOADING OF COAL/ARI dated 04.03.2019, quash the same consequently direct the respondents to process the tender of petitioner as per the Original Eligibility Criteria fixed in Clause 4 dated 04.03.2019.
