This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the third respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.148 of 2025 and the same was closed on 04.03.2025.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
