This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2020 in C.M.A.(C.S).No.4 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Krishnagiri.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that this Civil Revision Petition had been filed against the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2020 in C.M.A.(C.S).No.4 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Krishnagiri. The C.M.A.(C.S)No.4 of 2020 had been disposed of by the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri vide order dated 14.10.2022. 2/4

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have also conceded the same.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
