ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2022, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in the above case has been completed, a final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, in C.C.No.613 of 2025. He further submitted that the petitioner has been dropped from the array of accused and is no longer an accused in this case.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
