The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from releasing the release deed dated 24.11.2014.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 18.10.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 20.10.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but then also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
