Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5903 of 2022 as the Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal District instead of the Principal District and Sessions Court (Special Court for SC/ST Act cases), Namakkal District.

2. In view of the above, the amendment is ordered as prayed for in Crl.O.P.No.5903 of 2022, dated 15.03.2022.

3. Time granted for the petitioner to surrender before the Court in Crl.O.P.No.5903 of 2022, dated 15.03.2022 is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 28.04.2022 rgi Note: Registry is directed to carry out the the necessary amendments and issue fresh order copy.
