ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in letter No.Pa.A.2/33646/2020 dated 01.12.2020 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the Special Provident Fund and Leave Salary (Earned and Unearned Leave) payable to the petitioner within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court and further direct the respondents to pay interest to him at the rate of 12% per annum from 31.07.2009 till the actual date of payment of the said benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has been answered favourably to the petitioner by sanctioning and disbursing the benefits sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration of this Court in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
