J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Additional District Judge, FTC, Vellore in Crl.Appeal No.43 of 2018 dated 21.01.2019 in reversing the order of C.C.No.277 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate V (FTC), Vellore and enlarge him on bail.

2. In spite of the opportunity being granted by this Court for the petitioner to surrender, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition prayed for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
