Heard both sides. Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner seeks to quash the dismissal order dated 17.09.2014 issued by the second respondent. This Court has pointed out that the dismissal order itself states that an appeal is provided to the General Manager TASMAC Limited, Chennai. 3.At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition could be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of three weeks from today.

4.Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that now, General Manager TASMAC Limited, Chennai is not the Appellate Authority and The Senior Regional Manager is the Appellate Authority.

5.In the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority (Senior Regional Manager) within a period of three weeks from today and on appeal being filed, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of filing of the appeal. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
