C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the fair and decreetal orders dated 04.04.2016 passed in I.A.Nos.174 to 176 of 2016 in O.S.No. 452 of 2014 passed by learned Principal Sub-Judge, Salem respectively.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted a letter dated 11.10.2022 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above Civil Revision Petitions for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for revision petitioner appeared and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. stands closed.
