O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in C.No.34/G/IS/2017 dated 17.05.2017, against the detenu by name, S.Shafique Rahman @ Shafi, aged 28 years, S/o. Shahul Ameed, residing at Door No.9/1, Sowkar Nagar, 1st Street, Karumbukkadai, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed by way of passing G.O.Rt.No.3122 dated 24.06.2017 and to that effect, a copy of the Government Order has been submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the Detention Order against the detenu has already been quashed.

3. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
