O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.82 of 2024, pending from the file of the second respondent to CBCID Salem or any other investigating agency, under the supervision of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has already been completed and a final report has aslo been filed as early as on 10.08.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Attur, Salem. Therefore, no investigation is pending with the second respondent.
3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.82 of 2024. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
