This Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to hold an enquiry based upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 20.10.14 and 15.12.14 and to file a status report before this Court and consequently this Court may issue suitable direction for further course of action by fixing time limit.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the period has already got over and nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
