This petition has been filed seeking direction to the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on merits in connection with the case in Cr.No.88 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koradachery Police Station, Thiruvarur District on the same date of their surrender.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court that there should not be violation of mandate spirit of the Statute.
